Great pools and always available sunbeds, but Wi-Fi pricing is excessive.

It has reasonably large rooms with WiFi, walk in closet...

Our experience here was perfect! We have spent 3 days in standard double room with the garden, WiFi, walk in closet, everything was amazing. The staff were very very helpful and particularly helpful and kept the place spotlessly clean. Liked the restaurant with impatient guests queuing & bumping into each other.

too expencive spa center

Had really lovely stay for our summer 2019 vacation and the weather was particularly warm. The location was stunning and beautiful - within a walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. Enjoyed our stay in this place...

Nice hotel in a good location. Staff very friendly. It was my birthday during our stay and I received a bottle of champagne in the room which was a nice surprise.

We were disappointed about the balcony/terrace as it was quite small ,enclosed and there was no real view just the back of other buildings. It wasn't a major issue but we had assumed that this would be better. .

Very courteous service in the restaurants. Lounge furniture on the Plaza from August and relocation of the evening programme to a separate area will allow you to relax and linger. Large and well-equipped rooms and suites with good service. Polo area and gym are very well maintained.

In the 5 star range usual achievements like free WLan in the room and room safe are separately charged. Reception is not very competent and often unfriendly.

enjoyable strolls near beautiful beaches and lively parks

I loved how our stay offered such easy access to beautiful Playa de Meloneras just a short walk away. Having La Charca nearby allowed for lovely evening strolls while soaking in the scenic views was great.

A really beautiful Hotel with wonderful facilities which never felt busy or crowded. Excellent food in the a la carte restaurants and the buffet breakfast was very good and mostly well organised. Staff helpful and efficient. Rooms vey comfortable, spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed a wonderful winter break and were happy to stay on hotel grounds for much of it.

Hadread that sound insulation in the rooms was a problem and this is true. For most of our stay surrounding guests were quiet but a crying child or noisy neighbours could be disturbing.

The stay here was perfect, liked the hotel, it was spotlessly clean with lovely location adjacent to Meloneres bars and restaurants, the outside Plaza area and the promenade along the coast.

Perfect - our 3rd visit and we will go back.

Breakfast is great. Large clean rooms.

Safe and wifi should be included in room rate. The quality of the restaurants is below standard. The restaurants situated on the promenade offer a higher quality. This is not acceptable for a five star resort.

This was my second time to stay and really enjoyed, the staff are fantastic. Breakfast is amazing and I could not fault the place. I will be back again soon I hope.

This will save you time and money

Staying here was a mix of great amenities and some drawbacks. The pool areas are a standout feature, especially the unique saltwater pool. Dining was inconsistent, with long waits at peak hours and limited vegetarian options. The free Wi-Fi was rather unreliable. Prepare for extra charges on item rentals. Still, a pleasant getaway on the whole.

Amazing resort. Beautiful facilities. Large room with balcony and view of the Atlantic. Quiet. Spa was a delight. We had massages in glass- fronted rooms right on the ocean. Food in the buffet was the best I have ever had at a buffet. Ovo and the Italian restaurant are worth the extra $. a delightful vacation.
